Glasgow-Based Indie Rock Band Cloud House Proudly Infuses Their Scottish Roots into Their Acclaimed Music

When it comes to the music industry, successful Glasgow-based artists are few and far between, which is why Cloud House has made it a point to proudly display their Scottish roots throughout their music. Inspired by other legendary artists before them, such as Biffy Clyro, Snow Patrol, Green Day, Inhaler, and Sam Fender, the up-and-coming band is consistently captivating fans and filling stadium seats through their distinct music style and heartfelt lyrics.

Cloud House is an alternative pop/indie rock band that consistently pushes the boundaries of the modern music industry. With the oversaturation of musical styles and genres we see today, the band takes a much more diverse approach to their music by remaining true to themselves and letting their powerful lyrics speak to their audience.

Each Cloud House release is met with appreciation and anticipation by their loyal fans. Even esteemed musical critics have sung nothing but praises for these talented musicians, with Clash magazine citing the band for a “genuinely impressive live set.” Furthermore, The Weekender named Cloud House “one to watch in 2022.” So naturally, many fans have gravitated toward the band’s unique musical journey through their relentless passion for music-making and performing.

Cloud House utilizes a distinctive, signature sound of catchy guitar riffs and raw, heartfelt lyrics to captivate audiences through music videos, live performances, and music releases. The year 2021 was the biggest year yet for Cloud House as they saw the release of their debut EP entitled “Days Changed” in February.

The release also came with a vinyl release, allowing fans to physically own the album and proudly display their support for the thriving musical artists. Recently, Cloud House played in front of a sold-out headline show at the King Tut’s Summer Nights Festival, which became a massive career milestone for the emerging band. They also played with a fellow rising band called Cassia at St. Luke’s, cementing the band’s indelible impact on the music industry.

Aside from Cloud House’s remarkable live performances, it has also managed to bring the online world to a frenzy through its music videos and single releases on mainstream music streaming platforms. Currently, Cloud House is gearing up for a number of higher-profile gigs and festival slots that cement the band’s indelible mark on the Scottish music scene and beyond.

Cloud House is currently booked on multiple sold-out shows and festivals across the United Kingdom with high-profile events such as supporting The Luka State on their EU tour and preparations for their biggest headline show to date at Stereo, Glasgow, which will be held on the 30th of July.

The four-piece ensemble is definitely going places. Success is right around the corner for this talented bunch. Through their live performances, they are making jam-packed audiences hear their distinct voices. It is so easy to root for Cloud House’s success as the band is unapologetically themselves with each performance. They consistently bring their A-game to each live event, which is truly an impressive feat for any rising band out there.
