His journey began humbly as an intern at LSD Studios in Chicago, a pivotal experience that introduced him to the behind-the-scenes operations of the music world. One of the standout moments in Barr’s early career came when he worked as an Intern in assistance to Grammy-winning producer Elan Morrison. Under Gonzalez’s mentorship, Barr assisted in managing Pay Gotti, gaining valuable experience in navigating artist development, brand management, and the ever-changing dynamics of the music business. These early roles laid a strong foundation for Barr’s eventual move into music management on his own.
