Shawn Mendes Postpones Wonder Tour for Mental Health

In the meantime, Shawn Mendes wants to put his efforts on mental health and that means he’ll be taking a short break from Wonder world tour.

The singer’s health is more important than a performance, and he took time off to focus on it first.

“This breaks my heart to have to say this, but unfortunately I’m going to have to postpone the next three weeks of shows through Uncasville, CT until further notice,” Mendes announced on Instagram Friday.

“I’ve been touring since I was 15 and to be honest it’s always been difficult to be on the road away from friends and family,” he said. Although he felt “ready to five back in” following “a few years off the road,” Mendes wrote that the decision was “premature and unfortunately, the toll of the road and the pressure has caught up to me and I’ve hit a breaking point.”

Mendes said he turned to “take some to heal and take care of myself and my mental health.” The musician ended, “As soon as there are more updates, I promise I will let you know.”

Mendes started his world tour in June in Oregon to advertise his fourth album, Wonder, in 2020. He was set to carry on the tour at Xcel Energy Center in Minnesota on Saturday.

Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C. are some places where Mendes canceled shows.

The tour is scheduled to continue at the end of July in Canada and stretch all over Europe, ultimately ending up in Italy or France.

Beyoncé Joins the TikTok Craze, Thanking Fans for Celebrating New Single

Queen B is finally taking the TikTok stage.

The woman who has been identified as a creative genius is set to enter the TikTok stage – famous for its revolutionary creators. We’re all excited and can’t wait until she posts her videos on this social media service.

On Thursday, Beyoncé surprised fans by posting her first TikTok and used it as an opportunity to give the spotlight to several creators who have recognized her newest song, “Break My Soul.”

“Seeing y’all release the wiggle made me so happy! Thank you so much for all the love for BREAK MY SOUL! – Love B,” the singer said, further mentioning several people who appeared in her compilation clip, such as Josh Dior, Gregorian Sisters, and Charles Osborne.

Another creator involved in the icon’s clip, Nate White, commented: “NOT BEY HAVING ME VOGUEING UP N THIS MASHUP.”

“I woulda brushed my hair,” he continued.

Beyoncé released “Break My Soul” last month. Moreover, her latest album, titled Renaissance, is expected to be released on July 29, a day that will likely blow the fans’ minds. Perhaps as great as the day of the individuals included in Beyoncé’s first TikTok.

Renaissance has been praised by critics such as British Vogue’s Edward Enninful: “Instantly, a wall of sounds hits me,” he said.

“Soaring vocals and fierce beats combine, and in a split second, I’m transported back to the clubs of my youth. I want to get up and start throwing moves. It’s music I love to my core. Music that makes you rise, that turns your mind to cultures and subcultures, to our people past and present, music that will unite so many on the dance floor, music that touches your soul. As ever with Beyoncé, it is all about the intent. I sit back after the wave, absorbing it all.”

Ivana Trump Leaves an Unforgettable Piece of Advice

Ivana Trump, the former wife of President Donald Trump and mother to three children, including Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric, died on Thursday at age 73, according to The New York Times.

The Czech-American model was Ivana Marie Zelníčková by birth. She tied the knot with Donald in 1977 and divorced the business magnate in 1990.

Ivana’s life took a turn when she became the victim of Trump’s affair. The news made headlines and turned her into an idol for betrayed ex-wives everywhere.

Ivana even wrote numerous books about the matter, like 1995’s The Best Is Yet to Come: Coping With Divorce and Enjoying Life Again, and her bequest as one of the most popular ex-wives in the world was hardened when she appeared in The First Wives Club, a 1996 comedy film.

The film is about three women who get together to plot revenge on their ex-husbands for abandoning them and replacing them with younger models. Ivana plays herself in one scene where she attends a party.

Her appearance in the film was brief but unforgettable, as she left an iconic piece of advice for three cast-aside spouses portrayed by Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler, and Diane Keaton.

“Ladies, you have to be strong and independent,” Ivana says to them. “And remember… don’t get mad, get everything.”

In 2017, Ivana made a cameo in Good Morning America, calling herself “basically first Trump wife,” further saying, “I’m First Lady, okay?” even though President Trump was married to Melania Trump at the time of his service in office.

She was married to two men following her marriage with Trump, the latest being Rossano Rubicondi. She divorced him in 2009, but they still had an on-and-off relationship until last year, when he passed away at age 49.

The cause of death is unknown at this time.

Kanye West Pulls Out from the Rolling Loud Miami Festival

Kanye West is known for showing up or not being where you think he’ll be. But if you’re lucky, maybe one day soon, Ye may grace thee with his presence.

The famous festival in Miami, Rolling Loud, drew lots, but unfortunately, the rapper said, “Snake eyes.”

“Due to circumstances outside of our control, Ye will no longer be performing at Rolling Loud Miami 2022,” a tweet from the annual festival’s handle wrote on Sunday and revealed Kid Cudi as the rapper’s substitution.

The July 22 show was supposed to see Ye as the headliner, with the likes of 2 Chainz, Saweetie, Lil Yachty, Playboy Carti, Three 6 Mafia, and many more.

In a statement, Tariq Cherif and Matt Zingler, the Rolling Loud co-founders, stated that this was “the first time a headliner has ever pulled” out of a concert, but they wished West “the best.”

“We were looking forward to Ye headlining Rolling Loud Miami 2022. We spent months working with him and his team on the performance. Unfortunately, Ye has decided that he will no longer be performing,” according to the statement.

“This is the first time a headliner has ever pulled [out of] our show, and though we don’t take it lightly, we wish him the best. We look forward to welcoming Kid Cudi as a headliner in Miami, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store.”

While this might be unmatched for Rolling Loud, this is strongly in Ye’s deckhouse. The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia took over headlining duties at Coachella this year after he pulled out less than two weeks before.

The cancellation happened briefly following the Grammys cancellation of his performance for “concerning online behavior.”

He did not play at Rolling Loud Miami last year because of the pushback on his newest album Donda.

However, at the minimum, Rolling Loud will never forget the last December 2021 show in California, where Ye surprised the crowd at the Nos Events Center in San Bernardino.

What can we do? Luck is random, and so is Ye.

Facts About Ye

He was first discovered in the early 2000s as he produced singles for numerous artists, developing a style that would become known as “chipmunk soul.”

The College Dropout was his debut studio album, released in 2004. It gained critical and commercial success. He then found his record label called GOOD Music that same year.

He has been in the headlines for all of his controversial behavior and ties to high-profile people, such as Julia Fox or future ex-wife Kim Kardashian, with whom he fathered four children.

Jennifer Lopez Spills Info About Intimate Wedding with Ben Affleck

When planning a celebrity wedding in Las Vegas, it is imperative to ensure that paparazzi roam around the venue.

But Jennifer Lopez doesn’t need other media to cover her weddings. She has an exclusive newsletter that can be dedicated to those events.

Following her super-publicized relationship and engagement with Ben Affleck 20 years previously, it is likely that she will be more careful about how much information gets out.

JLo, the newly dubbed “Mrs. Affleck,” revealed in this month’s issue of On The JLo went on a small and intimate wedding in Vegas that almost ended with her and Ben being late. They fell in line with four other pairs who also wanted their certificates.

“They graciously stayed open late a few times,” Mrs. Affleck said, “let us take pictures in a pink Cadillac convertible, evidently once used by the king himself (but if we wanted Elvis himself to show, that cost extra and he was in bed).”

Together with their children – all five – as witnesses, “a dress from an old movie and a jacket from Ben’s closet,” the pair exchanged vows and rings. The icon referred to it as “the best possible wedding we could have imagined.”

Mrs. Affleck also posted a video showing herself, dazzling in white, after putting on the wedding clothes in the chapel’s break room and Mr. Affleck in his “wedding changing area,” aka the men’s bathroom.

“Stick around long enough, and maybe you’ll find the best moment of your life in a drive-through in Las Vegas at twelve-thirty in the morning in the tunnel of love drive-through, with your kids and the one you’ll spend forever with,” the superstar said.

“Love is a great thing, maybe the best of things – and worth waiting for.”

She concluded the newsletter, saying: “With love,” she signed, “Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck.”

Bennifer History

2001

JLo and Ben met on the set of Gigli back in 2001, where they played criminals who were brought together by chance. There began their real-life friendship that lasted until this day.

2002

In April, the rumors of Ben Affleck and JLo having a relationship more than friends started when he made an ad for their movie in a trade publication. But, of course, he also complimented her performance throughout it all.

“It has been nothing but an honor and a pleasure to work with you,” he wrote in the ad. “I only wish I were lucky enough to be in all your movies.”

And then signed it: “With love, respect, and gratitude, Ben Affleck.”

In July, JLo and Chris Judd filed for divorce but had allegedly been separated for quite some time.

“Jennifer Lopez and Chris Judd have announced they have resolved all issues arising out of their marriage,” said the pair’s lawyers in a statement at the time. “The resolution was extremely amicable… The two will remain friends.”

The paparazzi started taking photos of JLo and Ben canoodling a month after that.

The couple got engaged three months later in November. Ben went on one knee with a resplendent, custom 6.1-carat diamond ring in pink from Harry Winston.

He also went on to play Lopez’s love interest in the music video for her song, “Jenny From the Block.” Affleck, in the video, kissed her popular booty in a scene of the pair on a yacht.

2003

JLo and Ben made their red carpet debut at the 75th Annual Academy Awards.

But the couple decided to delay their nuptials and release a statement before they tied the knot.

“Due to the excessive media attention surrounding our wedding, we have decided to postpone the date. When we found ourselves seriously contemplating hiring three separate ‘decoy brides’ at three different locations, we realized that something was awry. We began to feel that the spirit of what should have been the happiest day of our lives could be compromised. We felt what should have been a joyful and sacred day could be spoiled for us, our families, and our friends.”

At the time, sources said the couple was “taking a break.”

2004

The unexpected ending to this fairy-tale romance left fans heartsick as they announced the call off of their engagement.

2022

They could not be together for a few years, but they finally reunited and are now happier than ever.

Wendy Williams Talks About Her Show’s Finale

Last month, The Wendy Williams Show ended its operations, which have run for 13 years. However, one super important element was absent – the host herself.

The Queen of Daytime, as people label her, had bowed out from her talk show last year, with a series of episodes hosted by different guests on behalf of her. Sherri Shepherd hosted the final episode, which featured a heartwarming farewell and an array of activities dedicated to Williams.

How did the TV personality feel about that, you may ask?

“There was nothing I liked about the [final episode of] Wendy Williams Show,” she said in an interview with The New York Post.

Williams further said the media parent company, Debmar-Mercury, managing the series, did not involve her in the final broadcast, resulting in her watching it at home.

“[Debmar-Mercury] didn’t ask me to do that, so I didn’t. I sat in my apartment, and I watched it. And [I was] like, ‘ick!'”

She continued that her exclusion from the last episode was an oversight on the company’s side, as well as the involvement of other personalities – except Fat Joe.

“Debmar-Mercury, in my opinion, should have done it with [me], not these other people on The Wendy Williams Show. Except for Fat Joe.”

The rapper co-guested with Remy Ma in 2021 and captured Williams’s professional adoration. “I love him,” she said. “He’s my favorite.”

Fans have recently observed that the YouTube channel and Instagram handle of The Wendy Williams Show had been removed, a measure Williams herself is shocked and disappointed by.

“The fact that they deleted the Wendy Williams YouTube Channel is insane, but they also went after her Instagram too.”

However, Williams seems to be taking her pace as she is now working on her latest media ventures with the ensuing release of her podcast, The Wendy Experience. According to her, the most recent rove will, in fact, be more lucrative than TV.

“If you’re extremely famous like I am, [hosting a podcast] will make more money than being on The Wendy Williams Show.”

Williams stepped away from her spotlight in 2020 due to health issues pointing to Graves’ disease, which affects the thyroid.

Zendaya Secures Another Nomination for a Honorable Award

Euphoria, created by Sam Levinson, also features Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Angus Cloud, Maude Apatow, Storm Reid, and Barbie Ferreira.

In a previous interview with EW, Zendaya talked about the show’s severe issues and countered statements about its portrayal of addiction following D.A.R.E., alleging the show of venerating alcohol and drug abuse.

“Our show is in no way a moral tale to teach people how to live their life or what they should be doing,” Zendaya stated.

“If anything, the feeling behind Euphoria, or whatever we have always been trying to do with it, is to hopefully help people feel a little bit less alone in their experience and their pain. And maybe feel like they’re not the only one going through or dealing with what they’re dealing with.”

The Emmy Awards will be broadcasted on Monday, September 12 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on NBC and will be streamed live and on-demand on Peacock.
