Music Industry Veteran Stacey Monique Contribution to Latest Web Series, The Bitch in 4B

The music industry is one of the most dynamic sectors today because there is no proven strategy for success. Many have tried, several talents have gone unnoticed and hardworking individuals with the right attitude have failed to crack even the periphery of the highly competitive and unforgiving show business. However, despite how impossible success in the music industry sounds, only a handful of creators have managed to stay in the game for a decade. In contrast, even fewer people have done more than two decades and still counting. Fresh from releasing a new single, Stacey Monique 35 years in the music industry is a testament to her longevity and consistency.

Considered to be in a class of her own, Stacey Monique is a singer and songwriter from the Bronx, New York City. Her music career is a marathon, having started singing back in 1986 as a member of Adlai E. Stevenson’s Gospel Choir. After that, she competed in school talent shows, where she won several prizes for her standout performances and vocals. Through the years, Stacey has distinguished herself in the entertainment scene thanks to her mastery of the art and the ability to channel her creativity into endeavors that even the average person can relate to.

Across a career spanning more than three decades, Stacey has done background vocals for several artists. Over time, her ability to evolve with time and trends keep her at the forefront in the industry as the first choice for many A-list stars, including the new generation. She is pushing pop culture towards a younger audience of mainly Gen Z and Millennials.

Away from music, Stacey has been active on Television for many years, having been a part of several Urban Web Series, and working alongside some of the industry ‘s finest. Her latest work on TV is “The Bitch in 4B.” She recorded the title track and is set for release on November 12, 2021.

Stacey Monique’s experience in entertainment and media cuts across every facet as she has anchored, hosted and done interviews on postmyfresh.com with new school indie artists such as Da Baby, JPride, BlaccZacc, and The Resan, among several others, therefore cementing her place as one of the few creatives who have had stints in Music, Television and Media.

Stacey hopes to inspire more mature and middle-aged women to not give up on their dreams or let their age deter them from pursuing what they believe in as a symbol of longevity and consistency. Instead, they should let it drive them, and with the right attitude, there is no limit to how far they can go. “Five years from now, I see myself successful and creating music to inspire women.” She said. At the moment, there is no stopping her in her quest to retain her hold on the media and entertainment industry in general.
